I had my very first dermatologist consultation as I am looking for someone within my area. I was very impressed that the secretaries were very friendly and welcoming and so was Dr. Denise. Very friendly and spoke in terms that I understood answers any questions and also gave me samples of facial products that I should use for my type of skin. I'm going back in 6 months to check my mole measurements again.

Was a patient for decades with prior practice. Doctor pretended to be on the phone, loud as can be. I checked in. waited for an extra 20 - 30 minutes past my appointment time, meanwhile, there was not one patient around. The doctor said sorry there is a new person at the front. He was trying to get me to leave. Ridiculous. Meanwhile I'm a paying patient and they completely changed the prices on us and the nurse ( " master injector...") tried to lie and say they couldn't find my purchase after the practice changed. I showed them the purchase and she quickly changed. Honor your clients. You can help so many people, skin pickers, worriers, traumatized people who need help and cant afford certain things. Skin care isnt a luxury. This place turned from a 10 to a 0 quick. I felt good spending my money here and my medical insirance. I'm around lots of mature people who loved Dr. Polisky. They still talk about him at dinner in Arizona and Illinois. Later.

So knowledgeable! The best for botox and fillers! Barely any pain and bruising compared to med spas I have been to because she knows anatomy and how to care for your skin! I won't go anywhere else now! Doesn't try to upsell you, listens to your needs, just great!

AMAZING! I was a little nervous after reading the reviews, but I’m so so happy I decided to give it a try! Denise McNatt really made me feel comfortable and gave me reasons why she was prescribing medication she chose to give me, instead of just telling me the name of it and sending me on my way! Very good customer service. I give her a 100 out of 10

PA McNatt was patient and kind, explained my skin condition in an easy to understand way, provided guidance for at-home skin care, and performed my procedure with ease. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to seeing her again the next time I need to make an appointment

I was late to my appointment and offered another opening, same day. The staff was very friendly. Dr.Conway did not rush our appointment. He took time, he was professional, knowledgeable, he asked and answered questions, and he was serious about helping with my son’s skin condition. I felt very comfortable in this office. I highly recommend and would return for any other dermatological concerns. Thank you all !
